Is it time to talk to someone?

Welcome

You may be used to keeping things together, but under the surface, perhaps something isn’t quite working.

You’re tired of overthinking decisions, feeling stuck in relationships, or replaying events from your past.

Therapy can help you understand the deeper patterns at play so that you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.

How can therapy help you?

When life feels harder than you think it should, therapy can help you slow down, think about things differently, and understand the deeper patterns that are holding you back.

Therapy, also referred to as counselling or talk therapy, can empower you to move through life with more clarity, self-assurance, and stronger relationships.

We can discuss this in a brief consultation call—get in touch to schedule one.

About my approach

Gentle, collaborative, psychodynamic therapy

I offer a warm, conversational style of therapy with curiosity and compassion. Rooted in psychodynamic counselling, this is not advice-giving in an effort to “fix” things. Rather, our work can help you explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and unconscious patterns may be influencing how you feel today.

This deeper understanding can create space for more choice, authenticity, and openness in your life. You’re the expert on your experience — I’m here to help you see yourself more clearly.
